My name is HZ and I am CEO of HZ Quality Home Inspection Inc,

I grew up in a family of building contractors, and I started my professional life when I was a teenager in my father’s trade which was HVAC commercial/residential. After a few years I realized that construction is my passion and since then I have been constantly improving my knowledge and experience in the construction industry. 

  • Over 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in Mid- Rise residential apartment buildings made of concrete, steel frame, etc. 

  • Inspection of all phases of construction and Quality Control, to ensure compliance with contact plans, structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural blueprints, and specifications.

  • Design and Build of Luxury Custom-Built single families. 

  • Creating AutoCAD As-Built file and blueprints for historic buildings and substantial renovation projects.

  • B.S. degree, Architecture /Restoration ​

  • California licensed General Building Contractor.

  • OSHA Construction 30 hours.  

  • InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector.

  • FAA Certified Remote Pilot (Drone).

  • InterNACHI Certified Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspector.

  • InterNACHI Certified Mold Inspector.

  • IAC2 Certified Indoor Air Quality Control Inspector.
